As volunteer workers in the field of natural family planning, we want to see more couples using natural family planning. Thanks to the Internet, we are able to provide a simple instructional manual that is available to anyone with access to a computer.

We believe that natural family planning involves a value system. Thus we have made no effort to conceal our religious faith. We believe that anyone, no matter what their faith, will benefit from the use of natural family planning.
